Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal after the initial 30-night break-in period to start your return or exchange.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charitable organization or recycling partner to pick up the mattress directly from your home at no cost to you.
Verification of Removal
After the mattress has been collected, simply upload a digital copy of the pickup receipt provided by the driver to our secure returns portal.
Receive Your Refund
After verifying the collection receipt, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
